- You agree to use Mezgal only for purposes permitted by the Terms.
- You agree to use Mezgal in compliance with all applicable law, regulation and rules.
- You are responsible for the content you upload, create, edit or share while using Mezgal.
- You are the owner of the content you publish and share and we will not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
- We are not obligged to back-up your content.
- You agree to any updates to the Services and that such updates may result in changes in the appearance.
Restrictions
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, de-compile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, copy, or disrupt the integrity or the performance of the Services.
- You must not make Mezgal available to anyone other than to the only one individual Authorized user.
- You must not sell, trade, or transfer your account.
- You must not modify or create derivatives of any part of the Service.
- You must not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Service.
Any violation to the restrictions results in immediate suspension of the service without any claims to accessing the content stored within Service.

You must comply with the restrictions unless an arrangement was made beforehand.
Payment
- We (“YOU-IT ”, “Mezgal”) offer Mezgal under Beta Testing version prior to their commercial release.
- We (“YOU-IT ”,”Mezgal”) grant you a limited right to use the Beta Services for Beta Testing purposes during the applicable testing period.
- We (“YOU-IT ”,”Mezgal”) may terminate your access to all our services or any part of the Website at any time when we release our commercial services.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any delays or failure on our Services caused beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any damage or loss of your uploaded data caused by your activities, technical disruptions or failure.

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mezgal or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
